How sensitivity conversion works

Convert your mouse sensitivity between CS2, Valorant, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, Marvel Rivals, Deadlock, Destiny 2 and more, so your aim feels exactly the same. The converter matches cm/360, the distance your mouse travels for a full turn. It rescales your sensitivity when you change DPI and has an eDPI calculator. You can also enter a target cm/360 to get the matching sens in every game, and a mousepad check shows whether a full turn fits on your pad.

Every shooter turns your view by a fixed angle per mouse count, called its yaw, multiplied by your sensitivity setting. Your DPI decides how many counts the mouse sends per inch. Put together, they give cm/360: how far you move the mouse to turn around once. Two setups with the same cm/360 feel the same for turning and flicks, which is what this converter matches.

Features

  • Converts between 11 games: CS2/CS:GO, Valorant, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, Marvel Rivals, Deadlock, Destiny 2 and TF2/Titanfall/Quake.
  • Custom yaw field for any other game.
  • Matches cm/360 and inches/360 so your physical aim is unchanged.
  • DPI change mode: rescales your sensitivity when you switch 400 → 800 → 1600 DPI.
  • eDPI calculator with true eDPI on the CS2 scale for comparing across games.
  • From cm/360 mode: pick a target distance and get the sensitivity for every game.
  • Sensitivity scale from high to very low, plus a mousepad check for small, medium, large and XL pads.
  • One-click copy for every game's sensitivity, an equivalent-DPI table and quick conversion ratios.
  • Remembers your settings and shares the result as text.

How to use Sensitivity Converter

  1. 1

Pick the game you're coming from

Enter your sensitivity and mouse DPI from that game.

  2. 2

    Pick the target game

Choose the game you're switching to. Use Other game with its yaw if it isn't listed.

  3. 3

Set a new DPI if you're changing it

Leave it the same to keep your DPI, or enter the new value to rescale your sens.

  4. 4

    Copy your new sensitivity

Tap the result or any game in the table to copy it. The cm/360 shows the distance stays the same.

Common use cases

  • Switching from CS2 to Valorant or the other way round
  • Moving your aim to Marvel Rivals, Deadlock or Overwatch 2
  • Keeping the same aim when changing mouse DPI
  • Comparing your eDPI with friends who play other games
  • Setting up a new FPS game with your usual feel
  • Checking whether your sens suits your mousepad size

Detailed guide

Common conversions at the same DPI

These ratios work at any DPI as long as you keep it the same in both games. Multiply your old sensitivity by the factor. The converter gives exact values and also handles a DPI change.

What is eDPI and what is a good cm/360?

eDPI (effective DPI) is your in-game sensitivity multiplied by your mouse DPI. It lets players compare overall sensitivity even when their DPI differs, but only within the same game, because each game uses a different yaw. The true eDPI figure here converts everything to the CS2 scale so you can compare across games. cm/360 is the universal measure: most tactical-shooter players sit between about 35 and 55 cm, and most hero-shooter and battle-royale players between 20 and 35 cm.

Things a converter can't match

Field of view, zoom and ADS multipliers and mouse acceleration settings differ between games. The converter matches hip-fire turning; you may still need to tune scoped sensitivity. Turn off Windows Enhance pointer precision, in-game mouse acceleration and smoothing for the closest match.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert CS2 sensitivity to Valorant?

Divide your CS2 sensitivity by about 3.18 at the same DPI. For example, CS2 1.5 equals Valorant 0.471. The converter does this for you and shows the cm/360 to confirm.

How do I convert Valorant sensitivity to Overwatch 2?

Multiply your Valorant sensitivity by about 10.61 at the same DPI. Valorant 0.4 equals Overwatch 2 4.24.

How do I convert my sensitivity to Marvel Rivals?

At the same DPI, Marvel Rivals sensitivity is your Valorant sensitivity × 4 or your CS2 sensitivity × 1.257. Choose Marvel Rivals as the target game for the exact value.

What is a good eDPI?

It depends on the game. Many CS2 players sit around 600 to 1,200 eDPI and many Valorant players around 200 to 400. The best value is one that lets you turn comfortably and still aim precisely.

What is a good cm/360?

There's no single best value. Tactical-shooter players usually use about 35 to 55 cm, and players of faster games 20 to 35 cm. Use From cm/360 mode to try a value in every game.

If I change my DPI, what sensitivity should I use?

Multiply your sensitivity by old DPI ÷ new DPI. Going from 400 to 800 DPI halves your sensitivity. Enter the new DPI in the converter to get the exact value.

Does the converter account for FOV?

No. It matches the mouse distance for a full turn (cm/360). Different fields of view can make the same turn feel a little faster or slower on screen.

My game isn't listed. Can I still convert?

Yes. Choose Other game and enter its yaw, the degrees turned per mouse count at sensitivity 1, which you can find in the game's config files or a yaw database.
